The Bank of Tampa Appoints Genna Dziloski to Vice President, Human Resources Director

TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 1, 2019 – The Bank of Tampa today announced that Genna Dziloski has been appointed vice president, human resources director. In her new role, Dziloski will lead and oversee The Bank of Tampa’s human resources function, which includes organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, internal communications and total rewards.

Dziloski has more than 15 years of experience in human resources management. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida, and a Master’s of Arts in organizational psychology from Argosy University.
Dziloski is involved in community organizations throughout the Tampa Bay area. She serves on the board of directors for PACE Center for Girls, and is also on the board development committee for the Guardian Ad Litem program in Pinellas and Pasco counties.
