Deposit Account Change in Terms Notices

The Bank of Tampa has made changes to our deposit account terms and conditions, which can be found in your periodic statement beginning June 20. If you have any questions, please contact us at (813) 872-1200.
Statement message for commercial accounts:
A change in terms notice addressing the following with respect to your deposit account is included with your statement.

Effective immediately, your account(s) will be governed by the Terms and Conditions provided.

Effective September 1, 2017, a $10 dormant account fee will be assessed monthly if there is no account activity or other communication by you with respect to your accounts for 12 months for a Checking Account and 36 months for a Savings or Money Market account.

If you have a debit card associated with your deposit account, effective September 1, 2017, you will not be liable for any transactions using a lost or stolen Visa card unless you have been negligent or engaged in fraud. Under the previous rule, you were not liable for any transaction using a lost or stolen Visa card unless you were grossly negligent or engaged in fraud.
