In many cases, individuals who are named as fiduciaries for a parent or loved one don't have the ability to dedicate the time needed to address others affairs. Other times, individuals lack the experience and skill necessary to handle complex and lengthy administration proceedings. The Bank of Tampa can assist these fiduciaries in carrying out the administrative duties of the proceeding by being named as an agent on their behalf. In these circumstances, we work under an Agency Agreement with the named fiduciary, which leaves the choice of serving open to the person named who may feel overwhelmed by the responsibilities required of them.
